Geto & de Milly led the successful media effort to launch and drive sales at architect Morris Adjmi’s 465 Pacific Street, a 30-unit luxury condominium building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The campaign succeeded in elevating the profile of accomplished young developers Avery Hall Investments, while spotlighting the contextual-modern design of Adjmi’s first multi-unit condo project in the borough.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, Zeckendorf Development’s 15 Central Park West required a Special Permit via the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Through our strong network of relationships we presented the project to community leaders and government officials, winning widespread support for the development and securing the necessary approvals through ULURP.

When the New York Times Company and Forest City Ratner Companies partnered on the development of the Times’ new headquarters, Geto & de Milly was engaged to spearhead a multifaceted public relations campaign aimed at sparking positive media attention and marketing the building to high-end commercial tenants. Among other tactics, Geto & de Milly commissioned famed photographer Annie Leibovitz to document the tower’s construction in two-story photographs that were hung from the building’s scaffolding, generating great public and media interest including a spread in Vanity Fair.

Lightstone Group’s 700-unit development in Gowanus, Brooklyn, faced complex land use, environmental and political hurdles to achieve the firm’s goal: further enliven the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the Gowanus Canal, a former industrial waterway now undergoing a massive environmental cleanup by the EPA in conjunction with City and State agencies.

Designed by globally-renowned architects Foster + Partners, 50 United Nations Plaza is a stand-out in the East River skyline. Located across First Avenue from the United Nations, this 44-story luxury residential tower was planned with the international diplomatic community in mind. Geto & de Milly also brokered a productive partnership between the developers and the nonprofit responsible for the stewardship of the adjacent open public space, Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza.
